Fast Processing

All existing and future STA logger customers are now automatically upgraded from overnight processing, to fast processing!

But what does that mean? Well, it brings your data from the field to the screen in less time. Previously when you returned from the field and plugged your devices in to charge, they would be queued to process over night. Now, the data processing will commence as soon as your data is uploaded.

This means it will often be available in your web application in about an hour. However, this is subject to the quantity of data you upload, and peak demands. For example, if you upload one days worth of work from 2 devices, you should expect the data within the hour. But if you haven’t performed an upload on your devices in a long time, and they have a week or more worth of data, it may take a few hours before you see it.

This is all ahead of our big 2021 update which is full of new features to make the service even more powerful.
